HOUSTON – The Texans worked out veteran corner Jerry Jacobs and hosted tight end Dalton Keene and safety George Odum for visits, per league sources.
None of the players were immediately signed to a contract, per sources.

Jacobs has previously played for the Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Rams. He has recorded 131 career tackles and four interceptions. He has played in 40 career games with 29 starts.
Keene is a former New England Patriots third-round draft pick from Virginia Tech. He reached an injury settlement with the Texans in the preseason after injuring his hamstring. He tore his anterior cruciate ligament last season. Keene has three career catches for 16 yards.
Odum is a former All-Pro selection for special teams with the San Francisco 49ers and Indianapolis Colts. He has 200 career tackles, three interceptions and four forced fumbles.
