HOUSTON – The Texans auditioned two defensive tackles in a workout Thursday.
They worked out Cameron Young, a former Seattle Seahawks fourth-round draft pick, and international prospect Chisom Haggain Ndubuisi, per league sources.

The Texans didn’t immediately sign either player, but may do so next week, per a source. Texans backup defensive tackle Kurt Hinish is on the active-physically unable to perform list along with Denico Autry.
Young, who played at Mississippi State, was released by the Green Bay Packers last week. Young, 25, has played in 17 career games and has recorded 18 tackles and one quarterback hit in two NFL seasons. Young (6-foot-3, 304) has run the 40-yard dash in 5.1 seconds.
Ndubuisi was introduced to the NFL as part of the International Pathway program. He has been part of the Arizona Cardinals, Denver Broncos, Washington Commanders, New England Patriots and the United Football League’s San Antonio Brahmas
Ndubuisi, 24, is a native of Lagos, Nigeria. He is 6-foot-6, 298 pounds.
He grew up playing soccer and basketball.
