“The devastation caused by the wildfires in Southern California is heartbreaking,” Texans principal owner Cal McNair said in a statement. “We are proud to join together with our NFL family to provide support and resources to those who have been impacted as well as the firefighters and first responders who continue to work tirelessly to contain the fires.”

The money from the NFL will help individuals affected by the fires, families and the first responders heroically battling the blaze with a need for additional resources and support in a community impacted so heavily by the fires, especially the Palisades area.
