Worker seriously injured after falling 25 feet at Houston Fire Station 28

HOUSTON  – A worker has been transported to a hospital with serious injuries after authorities say he fell around 25 feet while doing maintenance at a Houston fire station.
Authorities say it happened just before 9 p.m. at Houston Fire Station 28, located at 3000 Chimney Rock Road.
Authorities say the worker was performing maintenance work when he fell from the second floor to the ground.
It is unclear at this time whether the worker was a city worker or a contractor.
