HOUSTON – Houston police are looking for what they say is a known suspect after two men were shot, one fatally in the Sunnyside area Tuesday evening.

Authorities say it happened around 6:30 p.m. in the 5000 block of Carmen Street.
According to Lt. Larry Crowson, the suspect came to a home at the location and got into an argument with the two men. The suspect then shot the two men before fleeing in a black Dodge pickup truck.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene. The other was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Crowson says they don’t believe there is a danger to the public and believe the shooting stems from an argument between a current boyfriend and the ex-husband of someone.
They are interviewing witnesses and working to find the suspect at this time.
