3 teens arrested in Harris County for vehicle burglary, organized crime charges

Three teenagers were arrested in Harris County after breaking into vehicles.

The incident happened Thursday night, when deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle report on the 9900 block of FM 1960 Road West.

A caller reported seeing multiple suspects looking into vehicles after arriving in a Jeep. Deputies located the Jeep leaving the property and conducted a traffic stop.

The vehicle was occupied by five males, including three adults identified as Malik Perry, 17, Donnell Williams, 17, and Zachariah Alcin, 18.

Two other juveniles were released following the investigation.

Deputies found two vehicles on the property with broken windows. After receiving Miranda warnings, one suspect confessed to the crimes. A handgun was recovered from Alcin.

“All three were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Burglary of a Vehicle,” Constable Mark Herman said.

Bond was set at $5,100 for Perry, and Alcin’s bond was set at $15,100. Williams is awaiting bond.

The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue to examine the full scope of the alleged vehicle burglaries.
