Two people were detained in connection to the shooting in its immediate aftermath, but both were cleared of involvement and released.
In a press conference Thursday morning, FBI officials confirmed that they had footage of a new person of interest. They did not release the images during the presser, but the person was described as a “college-age man.”
Officials also said they had footage of the man exiting the rooftop and going into a nearby wooded area, where the rifle believed to be used in the shooting was later recovered by law enforcement.
