HUMBLE, Texas – Two teens have been arrested and charged after investigators say they killed a 19-year-old boy at an apartment complex in Humble.
Terron Chatman, 19, and Syrus Petit, 19, have both been arrested and charged with capital murder in connection with the Aug. 3 fatal shooting of Joel Lovell.

The shooting happened at an apartment complex located in the 14900 block of Bellow Falls Lane.
Chatman was arrested and booked in the Harris County Jail on Tuesday, Aug. 5, and Petit was arrested on Monday, Aug. 11.
It’s not clear what led to the deadly shooting, but investigators are working to learn more details.
