Dwayne Dunbar, MD, 36, of Webster, was recently charged with sexual assault of a child by the Deer Park Police Department, who said he was using several online dating apps “to identify young, underage girls.”

It’s unclear what dating apps Dunbar used, but police said “he would then befriend and attempt to start a relationship” with the underage girls.

The arrest was in connection with an alleged assault of a 14-year-old middle school student whom he met on Snapchat. He is believed to have given the victim alcohol and had sex with her multiple times.
