WACO, Texas – An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 3-year-old girl out of Waco, Texas.
Malina Toussaint was last seen wearing an orange swimsuit at 4011 Bagby Avenue at 2:58 p.m. on Wednesday.

Malina is believed to be with the wanted suspect, Tinisha Toussaint, 31. Tinisha was seen driving a gray 2019 Chevrolet Trax with Texas license plate VML8873 with a large dent in the front.
