“I’ve always believed in the power of the community of musicians and music fans,” Green said in an Instagram post. “Everyone came together last night, where that belief was confirmed in the most beautiful way.”

The charity concert featured more than 30 performers, including country music stars like Miranda Lambert, Parker McCollum and Randy Rogers. You can see the full list of performers here.

Green himself lost loved ones to the floods. John Burgess, a man from Liberty County who died in the floods, was Green’s half-brother.

The Burgess family also lost Julia, John’s wife, and the couple’s two young sons: 5-year-old Jack and 21-month-old James. The family’s 8-year-old daughter Jenna miraculously survived. An obituary for the Burgess family can be found here.
