A Jacinto City man is facing a manslaughter charge after investigators say he killed his wife in front of family members over the weekend.
Daniel Chairez Roldan is accused of shooting and killing his wife, Ruby Chairez, at a home on Pillot Street in Jacinto City on July 13, according to court documents.

According to court documents, Roldan fired the gun in front of several relatives.
Roldan, 35, was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond was set at $100,000. His next court appearance is scheduled for July 16.
In a GoFundMe shared by her family, they wrote: “We were not prepared for this loss, and I have created this GoFundMe to help with the costs of funeral services, burial, cremation, etc. She leaves 5 kids behind and 2 grandkids, and her kids need all the support in the world right now.”
