Both Amaya and Bryan were introduced in the middle of the season. Amaya, a 25-year-old nurse from New York City, entered the villa on Day 5 as a bombshell.

Bryan, a 28-year-old accountant and bartender from Boston, entered the villa on Day 17 during Casa Amor.

Amaya and Bryan coupled up rather late in the game, as Amaya chose Bryan over Elan and Zak on Day 26.

Amaya became a fan favorite in Season 7, exhibiting a bubbly personality and caring disposition that helped her stand out. Her witty one-liners and positive energy led her to be nicknamed “Amaya Papaya” by fans.

The pair were among four couples who were voted as finalists for this season, along with Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe (second place), Huda Mustafa and Chris Seeley (third place), and Iris Kendall and Pepe Garcia-Gonzalez (fourth place).

After being announced as winners, both Amaya and Bryan were given an envelope: one contained the show’s $100,000 prize and the other had nothing. Bryan’s envelope contained the money, and he chose to split it evenly with Amaya.

There will be a Season 7 reunion in New York City on Aug. 25 streaming on Peacock.
