Texas Governor Greg Abbott has provided the latest numbers associated with the Hill Country floods.
Abbott confirmed that there are 94 current fatalities associated with this particular flooding event, along with 15 fatalities associated with other floods across the state, for a total of 109 flood deaths.

“To put this into perspective... there are far more fatalities than there were in Hurricane Harvey. That’s how catastrophic this is,” Gov. Abbott said.
Five campers and one counselor are still missing from Camp Mystic. Another child who was not affiliated with the camp is also still missing.
There are 161 people still missing in Kerr County. 12 people are missing in other parts of Texas.
Abbott said these numbers were gathered by compiling lists from multiple law enforcement entities as missing persons were reported.
“We will not stop until every missing person is accounted for,” Abbott added.
