Houston Police said that the suspect was seen driving fast and erratically on 610 near San Felipe Street around 11:30 on Friday night.
Officers said they believed the driver was intoxicated and attempted to pull him over, but he wouldn’t stop, leading police officers on a chase.

Investigators said the suspect barricaded himself inside of a home on Cavalcade St. for five hours before surrendering to authorities.
Houston Police said the suspect was arrested and two women inside of the home were also detained.
It’s unclear what charges the man may face.
