Deputies are investigating a situation involving a man who walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound.
The situation unfolded Monday afternoon, when a man arrived at Methodist Willowbrook Hospital with a gunshot wound in his abdomen.

Deputies are working to figure out what circumstances led to the injury.
KPRC 2 contacted Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office, and he said they have no new information to report at this time.
