Ground stop lifted at Bush, Hobby airports due to thunderstorms in Houston

Ground stops have been issued at George Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport in Houston after thunderstorms passed through the city Monday afternoon.

The stop at Hobby was issued at 2:39 p.m., and the stop at Bush was issued at 2:55 p.m.

Just after 4 p.m., both stops were lifted.
