HOUSTON – A 25-year-old man was killed, and two others were injured in a shooting outside Stampede Houston in northeast Harris County.
According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the shooting broke out in the parking lot of Stampede on the Eastex Freeway at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

He said two groups of men got into a fight before someone opened fire.
Three people were hit.
A 25-year-old man was killed, and two others were rushed to hospitals.
The shooters took off.
“It got pretty chaotic because our understanding is there were several people already in the parking lot. It was near the time that the club was shutting down,” said Gonzalez.
The sheriff said they need anyone who witnessed the shooting to please come forward to help them identify the shooter.
“One person was pronounced deceased, a young person. And then another young person is fighting for their life right now. So, we have some serious injuries that occurred as a result of this senseless violence,” said Gonzalez.
