HOUSTON – A man was killed, and another was injured after a hotel shooting in Northwest Harris County.
Deputies said three men were at a hotel when they got into a confrontation with at least one other person.
That person pulled out a gun of their car and opened fire.
The group of three sped off.
When deputies arrived, they found two men shot a mile away on Highway 6 and Clay Road at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday.
One man died at the scene.
Another was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The third man, who was driving, was detained at the scene.
The shooter was reportedly wearing dark clothing and a mask. Authorities have not released the identity of the suspected shooter at this time, and they have not yet been arrested.
