Officials in Klein are investigating a suspicious package that was left in the area.
The incident was reported at around 7:45 p.m. Friday night.

Katy Fire Department officials were called to a scene. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office and Harris County HAZMAT teams are also part of the investigation.
In a Facebook post announcing the possible contamination, Klein Fire Department posted images of response vehicles near Cypress Creek Christian Church, which is located in the 6800 block of Cypresswood Drive. However, it remains unclear if the package was left on the church property.
