After having a phenomenal college baseball regular season, the Texas Longhorns are near the top of the food chain heading into the 2025 Regionals.
After the Vanderbilt Commadores claimed the top overall seed, the Longhorns were announced as the No. 2 overall seed in the tournament.

Under first-year head coach Jim Schlossnagle, Texas boasted a 42-12 overall record, including a 22-8 record in their first year of SEC play. In the SEC Tournament, they lost their first game against Tennessee in a 12-inning 7-5 shootout.
The Longhorns will host UTSA, Kansas State and Houston Christian in the Austin Regional.

They will kick things off against HCU on May 30. First pitch is slated for 2 p.m. on ESPN+.
