Researchers at WalletHub looked at 100 major cities. They narrowed their findings down to fun, budget-friendliness, as well as cheap flights, the number of attractions, and the average price of a two-person meal.
For Texas, WalletHub ranked three major cities among the top 20, two of which made the top 10.
Austin was ranked 5th, followed by Dallas at No. 10 and San Antonio coming in at No. 18. If youβre curious, Houston ranked 35th.

I mean, considering the humidity in Houston, sure, but still...
Orlando took the crown as the top summer destination, and actually matched Texas by having two cities make the top 10, with Miami in 9th place.
