Sheila Leticia Valdivieso, 46, was taken into custody at her home by Montgomery County Precinct 5 deputies.

She faces charges related to inappropriate contact with a child and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
The investigation began last week when the student told their parents about the assault.
Magnolia ISD worked closely with local authorities to gather information and interview witnesses.
Valdivieso had worked at the school as a paraprofessional, which is a role that supports teachers in the classroom by helping with instruction and day-to-day tasks. Some districts refer to it as a teacher’s aide or educational assistant.
Valdivieso was immediately terminated by the school district once the allegations came to light.
Magnolia ISD says they’re notifying parents of other students who may have been affected.
Precinct 5 officials say the investigation is ongoing and encourage anyone with information to contact their office or submit anonymous tips online.
