HOUSTON – Authorities are looking for three people who fled the scene of a deadly shooting Sunday night after an argument between one of the group members and the man killed.

It’s unclear exactly how everything transpired, but Lt. JP Horelica with the Houston Police Department said officers were called to W Fuqua and Chimney Rock on the city’s southwest side around 9:30 p.m.
When they arrived, they found an unidentified man with a single gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby trauma center, where Lt. Horelica said he died on the way.
Preliminary evidence shared by Lt. Horelica is that there was a group of two men and a woman, one of whom got into an argument with the unidentified man and shot him before all three fled.

The only description shared of the shooter is that he was a Black man wearing a gray hoodie and may be in his 20s, but no additional details were shared of the other people involved.
