A 42-year-old Houston mother is accused of recording her 11-year-old daughter getting out of the shower.
According to court documents, the investigation started with a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on November 13, 2024. It came from the messaging app KIK, which flagged 46 images and videos that looked like child pornography on August 7, 2024.
