Authorities in League City are investigating what led up to a motorcyclist’s death Wednesday evening after he was found crashed out in a ditch near his bike.

According to the League City Police Department, the unidentified motorcyclist was found on Lawrence Road off League City Parkway in Kemah just before 8 p.m.
It’s unclear how the crash unfolded, but he was rushed to the hospital, where officials said he succumbed to his injuries.
