TRAFFIC ALERT: FM-2855 closed after accident involving dump truck in Waller County

A hazardous materials spill involving a dump truck has led to the closure of the right lane on FM-2855 northbound at Morton Road in Waller County . The incident happened a little after 11:30 a.m. Friday.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) has advised that FM-2855 will remain closed until approximately 4 p.m. while the cleanup efforts continue. Motorists are urged to stay safe and seek alternate routes to avoid the area.
