HOUSTON – KPRC 2 is learning more information on what prompted federal agents to return to a New Orleans attack suspect’s home in northwest Harris County on Friday.

The FBI did not detail why they returned to Shamsud-Din Jabbar’s home except to say they were “conducting law enforcement activity.”
Our cameras did spot a car at the property being picked up by a tow truck.
Based on public records KPRC 2 obtained, the plates are registered to Jabbar’s mother. On Thursday, KPRC 2′s Joy Addison spoke with Jabbar’s brother, who noted his personal life included three children and two divorces, with the most recent one finalized in 2022.
