KPRC 2 Pet Project: Meet Jerry, the blue heeler mix who loves to play

HOUSTON – If you’re looking to add another member to your family, we’ve the perfect match for you. Meet Jerry, a two-year-old blue heeler mix on this week’s KPRC 2′S Pet Project!

The Houston Humane Society tells us Jerry “is a playful boy, and is always down for some belly rubs.” The shelter also says Jerry loves to give and receive kisses.

RESOURCES FOR PET PARENTS:

If you’re interested in adopting Jerry, stop by the Houston Humane Society. They are open Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on weekends from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The shelter is located at 14700 Almeda Road in southwest Houston.

According to the HHS website, potential adopters who visit the shelter will need to bring a valid form of ID and proof of address.
