Ask 2: “Hello. I have used the toll road without EZTAG. How can I pay for it and how can I get EZTAG. "
Answer:
There are multiple ways to pay. You can pay online at www.hctra.org with your license plate number and create an account. You can also visit any of the six EZ TAG stores in person and pay by card or cash. I recommend opening an account because there are great benefits like a 10% discount on future tolls.
But no matter what route you take, don’t forget to pay!
“There will be some additional penalties, so we do highly recommend that if you use the roadway and have not had the ability to pay, pay that as soon as possible because there will be addition penalties assessed.” said Jacqueline Moreno Cruz, HCTRA Customer Service Deputy Assistant Director.
