Barricaded man arrested in Fort Bend County after shooting at neighbor’s house

A man, who barricaded himself inside his home after shooting at his neighbor’s house in Fort Bend County, has been arrested. (KPRC)

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas – A man, who barricaded himself inside his home after shooting at his neighbor’s house in Fort Bend County, has been arrested.

The suspect is 41-year-old David Jackson. He was charged with deadly conduct.

Deputies and a SWAT team were called to the 1800 block of Lancaster Park Court due to the shooting.

Deputies said Jackson shot at his neighbor’s home, and the neighbor returned fire.

The neighbor had been inside his home with his wife and two children.

Deputies said there have been issues between the neighbors for about a year.

No injuries were reported.

Jackson allegedly shot at his neighbor’s home last week and police were also called.
