Israeli military says 13 Israeli hostages and 4 foreigners have been released from captivity in the Gaza Strip.
NBC News reported the 13 Israelis and four foreign nationals were released in the hostage exchange and have been received by the International Committee of the Red Cross on their way to the Rafah crossing, citing a Qatari spokesperson on X.
