Houston’s forecast has been a broken record for the month of August with daily storm chances. Those chances are still in play for Tuesday.
Rain pockets will be impacting the area for the remainder of the week, with a stalled front sitting between Dallas and Houston.
Expect to see scattered downpours each afternoon starting Tuesday through the Labor Day weekend.
Keep the umbrellas handy as daily showers and storm chances continue. A second front will head into the region for much of the Labor Day Weekend, unfortunately, bringing rain chances up again for both Saturday and Sunday.
