She is believed to be with 38-year-old Amber Heaviland and they may be traveling in a white 2013 Dodge Caravan with TX license plate WFB8035.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said Child Protective Services (CPS) was investigating Aurora’s welfare and attempted to interview Heaviland, who is her biological mother. Multiple attempts to locate them at known addresses were unsuccessful.

“At this time investigators believe Amber Heaviland is intentionally avoiding law enforcement to prevent her child Aurora from being taken from her,” the sheriff’s office said.

Anyone with any information is urged to call the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at 210-335-6000.
