Gov. Abbott talks phase 2 of reopening, nursing home coronavirus cases and more
HOUSTON – A day after Gov. Greg Abbott announced his plans for the second phase of reopening Texas, he sat down virtually for a live interview on KPRC 2.
Reopening Texas, coronavirus hotspots and nursing home spikes were among the issues he discussed.
