HOUSTON – On Nov. 5, 2024, voters in Harris County decided Sean Teare will be the next district attorney.
Following a primary election in March, Teare emerged as the Democratic candidate after winning against incumbent Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg.
In this election, Teare faced Republican candidate Dan Simons.
Polling stations were open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day.
