Craft Burger Menu
Three new craft burgers are coming to the Blue Lagoon Bar and Grill in June. Chef Ken is bigging up the burger game at The Blue Lagoon Bar & Grill.
Big Tex - ½ lb patty topped with crispy fried onions, smoky bacon, and melted cheddar cheese. Drizzled with tangy BBQ sauce and finished with fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, and crunchy pickles, all nestled in a soft pretzel bun.
Southern Belle – ½ lb patty crowned with golden fried green tomatoes and creamy pimento cheese. Complemented by crisp lettuce, sweet onion and tangy pickles.
So Cal – You choice of tender grilled chicken or a ½ lb patty paired with fresh avocado, roasted tomato, and peppery arugula. Topped with Swiss cheese and zesty chipotle aioli.
National Bourbon Day is Friday, June 14
This is a really fun way to kick off the Father’s Day weekend and give Dad a unique experience. This Friday, 5-9pm Blue Lagoon Bar & Grill will take $2 off any bourbon drink, plus they are featuring a smoked old-fashioned bar.
Special Father’s Day Menu on Sunday, June 16th from 11am to 2pm
As will as the regular brunch menu, Blue Lagoon Bar and Grill will also add 3 exclusive new menu items especially for Father’s Day.
Corned Beef Hash – 2 eggs any way with potatoes, peppers and onions, topped with hollandaise sauce and served with toast.
Fajita Steak Chimichanga – Flour tortilla filled with potatoes, eggs, peppers and onions, topped with salsa and shredded cheese.
Huevos Rancheros with Chorizo – 2 flour tortillas topped with beans, chorizo, 2 eggs any way, salsa, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Served with potatoes.
Plus, every Dad who at Blue Lagoon Bar and Grill receives a FREE pass to Lagoonfest Texas!
Some fan favorite brunch items include:
Shrimp and Grits – blackened shrimp with creamy buttered grits, and a poached egg topped with a house made etouffee sauce.
There are three versions of benedicts! Including a fried chicken breast bene served on a buttermilk biscuit topped with a house-made creamy sausage gravy.
Chef Ken uses bread imported from France for his Crème brulee French Toast. It is a MUST try!
Also, there is a Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar.
On the Lagoonfest side
This Saturday, Lagoonfest celebrates dads with a 6:30 pm featuring live music by Cameron Wrinkle. Cameron will be the opener for the legendary Nashville Singer-Songwriter Showcase featuring renowned songwriters and producers: Craig Campbell, Paul Jenkins and Brian Davis.
Of course, there is the crystal-clear lagoon, white sandy beaches, great food and drink, plus amazing water activities.
