Owner Mechelle Tran began working at her family’s restaurants when she was young. Despite expanding to nine locations, her mom is still hand sewing the spice bags that flavor each bowl of pho.
Many noodle dishes, including the vermicelli are must-tries on the menu, but Chris also discovered Pho Saigon has an impressive and delicious drink selection too.
