Student stabbed multiple times during fight at Conroe ISD high school

CONROE, Texas – A stabbing was reported at a Conroe Independent School District high school Monday morning.

Around 9 a.m., Conroe ISD police said a student was stabbed three times during a fight at Grand Oaks High School.

The injured student was transported by EMS to a local hospital. Authorities have not said what weapon was used.

The suspected student was identified and taken into custody. Police said there were no additional injuries and no ongoing threat to students or staff.

The parents of both involved students have been notified.

The incident remains under investigation, and appropriate disciplinary and legal action will be taken in accordance with district policy and the law.
