HOUSTON – A law enforcement pursuit of a driver in a silver Cadillac came to an end in the Galleria-area Wednesday.
The suspect was taken into custody near I-610 and Westheimer Road.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspect as Johnathan Garcia. He was reportedly wanted by the U.S. Marshals on a federal warrant and also had multiple other felony warrants.

The sheriff’s office says the pursuit started in the 9500 block of Little York.
During the pursuit, the sheriff’s office said a passenger of the Cadillac CTS who did not wish to be involved, exited the vehicle and sustained a minor road-rash injury.
The pursuit lasted approximately 14 minutes and covered 15 miles.
Garcia has been charged with evading arrest in addition to his other warrants.
