An 18-year-old man has been arrested days after a man riding a bicycle was killed in a fatal hit-and-run in Galveston.
Aiden Perry Prause, 18, was charged with collision involving death.
The incident happened on Nov. 16. Fidel Estrada, 77, was riding his bicycle to work when he was hit by a pickup truck.

People who witnessed the crash told authorities with Galveston Police Department that the truck didn’t stop to render aid and drove away after the collision.
Estrada was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Earlier this week, KPRC 2’s Bill Barajas spoke with Estrada’s family, who was heartbroken by the loss of their loved one and demanding justice.
This is seemingly not Prause’s first run-in with law enforcement. Earlier this year, Prause and another man were arrested after allegedly breaking into a water purification plant in Cypress and causing thousands of dollars in damages.
