The sheriff’s office said authorities were called at 1:46 p.m. to try and find a blue Chevrolet pickup truck in the area of FM 1314 and SH-99 after witnesses saw a man and woman physically fighting.
Deputies with the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office found the vehicle at the property on Duester Lane.
At the property, deputies found the bodies of 41-year-old Kevin Doak and 28-year-old Victoria Yates. Both of them had apparent gunshot wounds.
