“I’m really proud of the work that I put in and the performance that I’ve put on. Yes, some of them have been a little bit disappointing, but I couldn’t ask for anything more,” Biles said. “It’s my third Olympic Games, and I just can’t I can’t be mad at it. It was a good run.”
She added that she and her team put in the work and got the job done.
Biles talked about how Houston and its culture has had a positive impact on her as a gymnast.
“I think the Houston culture brings us together the culture, music, vibes, food. We all want to support one another. And that’s exactly what we do when we see a Houstonian out there competing, whatever it is. So, it’s really exciting to have their support. It really means the world to me,” she said.
