KATY, Texas – School is out for the summer but Katy ISD is still feeding their kiddos.
KPRC 2 showed up at Schmalz Elementary on Monday morning, one of the schools offering free breakfast and lunch to anyone under 18. This is regardless of whether they are a student within the district.

Breakfast service started this morning at 7:30 and lasted until 8:20 a.m. Lunch is served from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
