Houston – In the wake of the devastating floods that have impacted so many families across Texas, the heartbreak goes beyond physical loss-our communities are grieving. Whether it’s the loss of life, homes, or a sense of security, we all process trauma differently

Today on Houston Life, licensed therapist Karen Winston, LCSW joined us to share how we all can help each other navigate grief, anxiety, and uncertainty during this incredibly difficult time even if it means admitting to not knowing in the moment.
