Founded in 2015 in Brenham Texas, Truth BBQ has grown from a small roadside shack -- to one of the most celebrated barbecue joints in Texas.
And for the first time ever, they will be operating inside NRG Stadium for RodeoHouston this year!
Founder and self-taught pitmaster Leonard Botello IV, who’s philosophy is “keep it simple,” will be introducing an exciting selection of new sides and entrees while refining some of Truth’s most iconic dishes.
TRUTH BBQ plans to serve up jaw-dropping amounts of their signature brisket at the Rodeo around 10,000 pounds over three weeks!
Also in partnership with Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Garden & Gun hosts their second annual Rodeo Smoke Show at TRUTH BBQ to kick off the highly anticipated Houston Rodeo.
