He recently stopped by studio B to chat about the restaurant’s signature dishes and to share a recipe you can make at home.
The Oceanaire Seafood Room’s Branzino
Ingredients:
Branzino fish butterflied
Blended Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper Tuscan Roasted Vegetables
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, California Brand
Parsley Chopped
Fried Capers
Charred Half Lemon
Cooking Instructions:
1. Warm the Tuscan vegetables in a sauté pan over low heat.
2. While vegetables are warming coat the Branzino on both sides with blended oil and season with salt & pepper.
3. Place the Branzino flesh side down large sauté pan or on a hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes
4. Flip the over and cook on the skin side for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
5. Place the Branzino skin side down on a plate or platter
6. Top with the warmed Tuscan vegetables.
7. Drizzle with EVOO all over the top of the fish and vegetables.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley, fried capers and charred lemon.
