Getting your backyard and patio ready for spring begins with the “Three R’s,” RESTORE. REFRESH. REPLACE.
Chair King’s director of Visual Design Michelle Weisman explained what this means exactly.
Spring is just around the corner. It is time to get our backyards ready for some chilling and grilling. Michelle, walked us through the three R’s” RESTORE. REFRESH. REPLACE.
“If you’re not ready yet to replace your furniture because it’s still in great condition and it just needs a little TLC, this would be the best time to talk about RESTORING it,” said Michelle. A gentle clean with warm soapy water or a dusting with a soft brush is really all you need to do. Michelle said a power hose is too strong and can damage powder coating on aluminum furniture or damage wicker and teak.

REFRESHING your outdoor space can we as simple as buying fresh cushions or adding new outdoor table settings.
