As he reaches a new “goal” with the Houston Dynamo, the culinary icon stopped by Houston Life to talk about his inspiring journey.
His name is synonymous with culinary excellence here in Houston (and around the world,) but before winning the coveted James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef in 2017, Hugo walked a long road to the top.
Fans will now be able to enjoy his popular cuisine during Dynamo and Dash soccer games.
There will be a concession of Hugo’s and Urbe serving birria tacos and Hugoritas starting this Saturday at the home opener game.
