HOUSTON – David Elder, host of KPRC 2′s ‘Texas Eats,’ shared how he turned his passion for food into a TV show dedicated to the best dishes in the Lone Star state.
The show features mouth-watering dishes from Houston and beyond and highlights the rich and diverse food culture available in Texas.
Elder also showed us the simple steps to an easy breezy weekday meal using scallops.
The award-winning TV personality, worked in several restaurant kitchens in central Texas when he was younger, a skill that has helped him find unforgettable dining experiences around the state.
